Store Safely: Hang or store in breathable cotton bags away from hooks or zippers that could snag the embroidery.

How do I confirm my order and what are the available payment methods?
Yes! At Ashir Studio, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide for your convenience. You can pay the full amount to the rider when your parcel arrives. If you prefer to skip the hassle at the door, we also accept Advance Payments via Bank Transfer, NayaPay, and EasyPaisa. Your order is confirmed immediately upon selection for COD or after payment verification for advance orders.
What are the shipping costs and how long will it take to receive my parcel?
For customers in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, shipping is Rs. 300 for parcels up to 2kg, with additional charges for heavier packages. For all other cities, rates are calculated based on the total weight of the order. We dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. While delivery timelines depend on the courier service, most parcels reach our customers within 3–5 working days.
Can I return an item if it doesn't meet my expectations?
We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns for Thrifted Clothing if you inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that for all returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. To maintain hygiene and quality standards, Jewelry, Watches, and Cosmetics are strictly non-returnable. Refunds for eligible items are processed within 3–4 working days after we receive and verify the return.
